Dealing With Debt

It can be uncomfortable discussing money worries. However if you are struggling to manage your bills each month it’s important not to ignore the problem and instead to discuss your situation with someone who understands and can help.

Otherwise lenders could eventually take legal action against you resulting in more interest and charges. Missed payments could also affect your credit rating, making it more difficult to get credit in the future.

Your best first course of action will normally be to talk to any organisation that you owe money to. Let them know you are having problems and they should be able to discuss options for paying back what you owe. Our Member Solutions team can help if you are experiencing problems repaying your Transave loan.

For example it may be possible to re-schedule your loan over a longer time period or combine a number of existing debts into one easy to manage payment. To contact the Member Solutions team phone 0330 175 5555 or you can email us at Member.Solutions@transaveuk.co.uk Please remember to include your name and member number and we will respond as soon as possible.
