		My name is Mike Clair, I am based at Kidderminster depot I have three positions with in the operating company which is First Midlands, 1st - Garage Liasion officer, 2rd - Branch Secretary, 3rd - Senior Shop Steward. My operating company, have six garages Leicester, Northampton, Worcester, Hereford, Redditch and Kidderminster. The first two are in the East & the other four are in the West. The four in the West are the ones that I am Senior Shop Seward for, but because we have two branches I am branch secretary for Redditch, Hereford, & Kidderminster. I have been with this company 22yrs. I am married two children (twins) a boy & a girl.
